Ingredients

Scale

Base Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Easter Candy Mix

  • 1 cup pastel M&Ms, mini marshmallows, chopped chocolate bunnies, or your choice of Easter-themed candies

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang to easily lift the fudge out later.
  2. Melt the Base Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until everything melts and blends into a smooth, glossy mixture.
  3. Add Vanilla and Candy Mix: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract, then fold in your chosen Easter candy pieces, spreading them evenly throughout the fudge base.
  4. Pour and Chill: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until the fudge is firm and set.
  5. Slice and Serve: Once chilled, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into small, bite-sized squares to serve or gift.

Notes

  • Use quality white chocolate chips for a creamy texture and superior flavor.
  • Melt ingredients gently over low heat to prevent chocolate from seizing or burning.
  • Chop candies uniformly to evenly distribute flavor and texture.
  • Ensure butter and condensed milk are at room temperature for smoother melting and blending.
  • Cover the fudge while chilling to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors.
