Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Clean and slice the mushrooms, finely chop the onions and garlic, and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, ensuring everything is ready for quick cooking.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside while you prepare the sauce.
  3. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces lightly with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. Cook the Mushrooms and Aromatics: In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
