Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads of Little Gem Lettuce, washed and torn
- 2 medium Courgettes (Zucchinis), sliced lengthwise into thin strips
- 150g Feta Cheese, crumbled

- Juice of 1 Fresh Lemon
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced finely
